Tselinny District (Russian: Цели́нный райо́н; Kalmyk: Целинн район Ţelinn rayon) is an administrative[1] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the thirteen in the Republic of Kalmykia, Russia.
Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Troitskoye.
