Tselinsky District (Russian: Цели́нский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia.
It is located in the south of the oblast.
The area of the district is 2,129 square kilometers (822 sq mi).
