The Memorial House of Tudor Arghezi, also known as Casa Mărțișor, is a historic monument located in the Dealul Piscului area of Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania.
Arghezi initiated the construction of the house with the assistance of Swedish architect Jahanes, designing it according to his own vision.
The house was completed in stages, with Arghezi and his wife, Paraschiva, moving into three of the twenty rooms by 1930.
Arghezi agreed to relinquish ownership on the condition that the house be preserved as a memorial following his death.
[6][7] In the garden, where the original house and a beekeeping area once stood, are the graves of Tudor, Paraschiva, and Mitzura Arghezi.
