Tuklaty is a municipality and village in Kolín District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

Tuklaty consists of two municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] Tuklaty is located about 31 kilometres (19 mi) west of Kolín and 18 km (11 mi) east of Prague.

The Výmola Stream flows through the northern part of the municipality.

[3] The I/12 road from Prague to Kolín runs along the southern municipal border.

[6] Among the main landmarks of Tuklaty is the Church of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist.
