Tuleutai Suleimenov (Kazakh: Төлеутай Ысқақұлы Сүлейменов, Töleutai Ysqaqūly Süleimenov; born 1941) is a Soviet and Kazakh diplomat, who served as the First Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the European Union in 2003.
