Tunica County is part of the Memphis, TN-MS-AR Metropolitan Statistical Area.

[4] As of the 2020 United States Census, there were 9,782 people, 3,930 households, and 2,347 families residing in the county.

This appears to have been a game of smoke and mirrors, and a corporate entity that never had any intention to deliver on the promises it made.
