It was founded in 2021 as a sub-division club of the Universidad César Vallejo and currently plays in Peruvian Segunda División.

[1] The club started playing in the second division of the Liga Districal de Moquegua that same year.

They would become champions of the Distrital and provincial league in 2023, qualifying for the Liga Departamental de Moquegua, and the 2023 Copa Perú.

Regardless, the club got promoted to the Peruvian Segunda División for the first time for reaching the semi-finals.
