USS See W. See

USS See W. See (SP-740) was a United States Navy patrol vessel in commission from 1917 to 1919.

See W. See was built in 1915 as a private motorboat of the same name by W. F. Downs at Bay Shore, New York.

On 18 June 1917, the U.S. Navy acquired her from her owner, Charles W. Cushman of Vernon, New York, for use as a section patrol vessel during World War I.

5 on patrol duty off the entrance to New York Harbor for the rest of World War I.

William L. "Butch" Baxter purchased the boat in 1975 and apparently sometime after 1977 renamed her Mar-Sue.
