Uganda at the 1980 Winter Paralympics

Uganda competed at the 1980 Winter Paralympics in Geilo, Norway.

As in 1976, the country entered only one athlete, Tofiri Kibuuka, who competed in cross-country skiing, and who did not win any medals.

[1][2] Kibuuka would later change your nationality, and go on to represent Norway at the Summer Paralympics at the 1984, 1988 and 1992 Games.

[1] The country's only Winter Paralympian, Tofiri Kibuuka, had acquired Norwegian nationality by 1984, and henceforth competed for Norway.
