Ugochi Emenayo

Ugochi Cynthia Emenayo (born 20 December 1997)[1] is a Nigerian professional women's football defender who plays in the Turkish Super League for Bornova Hitab in İzmir and the Nigeria women's national football team.

[2][3][4] In December 2021, Ugochi moved to Turkey, and joined Konak to play in the 2021–22 Women's Super League season.

[5] Ugochi has represented Nigeria at under-17, under-20 and senior national team, nicknamed "Super Falcons".

[4][8] Ugochi alongside 24 other players were selected by head coach, Bala Nkiyu to represent the Nigeria U-17 team at the 2014 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Costa Rica.

[9] In April 2019, Ugochi alongside Rofiat Sule, Osarenoma Igbinovia and 23 other players were selected by head coach, Thomas Dennerby to represent Nigeria at the West African Football Union Women's Cup in Abidjan.
