Ulukbek Asamidinovich Maripov (Kyrgyz: Улукбек Асамидинович (Асамидин уулу) Марипов, romanised: Uluqbek Asamidinovich (Asamidin uulu) Maripov; born 30 August 1979) is a Kyrgyz politician who served as Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan from 5 May 2021 to 12 October 2021.
In November 2022, by decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov, Maripov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Bahrain and Egypt concurrently.
[4] Immediately after his appointment, he headed to the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council (EIC) in Almaty, where he held meetings with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko[5] and Armenian Premier Nikol Pashinyan.
[7] On 5 May, President Sadyr Japarov signed the order appointing Maripov as Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
His brother Baktybek Maripov worked as akim of the Nookat District from November 2020 until his dismissal in February 2021.
