Union Pacific Center

The Union Pacific Center at 1400 Douglas Street is a high-rise building in downtown Omaha, Nebraska.

It officially opened in June 2004 and rises 317 feet (97 m) making it the third tallest building in Omaha.

[2] The Union Pacific Center is often described as resembling a cube, due to the building's width to height ratio.

The building was originally planned to be 50 stories tall, however was redesigned to be shorter after the September 11 attacks.
