Uporovsky District (Russian: Упо́ровский райо́н) is an administrative district (raion), one of the twenty-two in Tyumen Oblast, Russia.

[1] As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Uporovsky Municipal District.

[5] It is located in the southwest of the oblast.

The area of the district is 3,008 square kilometers (1,161 sq mi).

[3] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Uporovo.
