[1] Of the locality's 99.2 square kilometres (38.3 sq mi), 192.3 square kilometres (74.2 sq mi) are in the Toowoomba Region and 6.9 square kilometres (2.7 sq mi) in the south-west of the locality are in the Southern Downs Region.
