Uraz, Lower Silesian Voivodeship

Uraz [ˈuras] is a village (former city) in the administrative district of Gmina Oborniki Śląskie, within Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.

[1] It lies on the Oder River, approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Oborniki Śląskie, 16 kilometres (10 mi) south-west of Trzebnica, and 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

It was subsequently rebuilt in 1951-1953 by the priest Franciszek Dorżyński.

In the church there are sculptures brought by repatriates from Navaria, near Lviv.
