Urman-Bishkadak (Russian: Урман-Бишкадак; Bashkir: Урман-Бишҡаҙаҡ, Urman-Bişqaźaq) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Urman-Bishkadaksky Selsoviet, Ishimbaysky District, Bashkortostan, Russia.

It is eleven kilometres north of Ishimbay (the district's administrative centre) by road.
