Valentine Maher

Valentine Maher (17 May 1780 – January 1844)[1] was an Irish Whig politician.

[2][3][4][5][6] Maher was first elected Whig MP for Tipperary at the 1841 general election and held the seat until his death in 1844, when his cousin Nicholas Maher took over the seat.

[2][3][4][5][6][7] He was a member of Arthur's and a magistrate for County Tipperary.
