Valenzuela City Polytechnic College

Valenzuela City Polytechnic College, often referred to as Val Poly, is a technical college located in Parada, Valenzuela City, Philippines.

It was formerly called Valenzuela Manpower[1] when it was founded in 1996 by Edison Nalo.
