Valeriy Kutsenko (Ukrainian: Валерій Вікторович Куценко; born 2 November 1986) is a retired professional Ukrainian football player and current manager.

In 2020, Kutsenko joined FC Sumy, where he both acted as a player and assistant coach.

[2] Before the start of the 2022–23 season, Kutsenko joined Ukrainian First League club FC Kremin Kremenchuk as an assistant coach.

He left at the end of the season to be appointed manager at neighboring club FC Hirnyk-Sport Horishni Plavni.
