Vartun (Persian: ورطون)[a] is a village in Sistan Rural District of Sistan District, Kuhpayeh County, Isfahan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 477 in 123 households, when it was in [b] of Isfahan County.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
