Victor E. Engstrom (20 October 1913 – July 1, 2000) was an American philatelist known for his knowledge and collections of stamps of Nordic countries.
Engstrom came from Montclair, New Jersey He was an Army veteran of World War II with the rank of colonel and served in military intelligence.
