Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. is an American financial services company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas that focuses on investment management.

Its subsidiaries Gradison McDonald and Spears, Benzak, Salomon & Farrell also took the Victory Capital brand name although their operations would remain independent.
