Later, on March 25, 1993, this enterprise was converted into the Information Technology Investment and Development Company (Intedico) under Decision No.
Later, on July 29, 2005, the Vietnam Television Technology Investment and Development Company was converted into the Multimedia Corporation - VTC.
On June 28, 2010, VTC was converted into a one-member limited liability company (LLC) wholly owned by the state under Decision No.
As part of bureaucratic reforms of media organizations and cutting costs, television channels owned by VTC were all shut down on January 15, 2025.
