Vikas Upadhyay (born 5 November 1975) is an Indian politician from Chhattisgarh.

He is a former Member of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly representing Raipur City West.

He joined the National Students Union of India (NSUI) during his early days of school in 1994.

[1] He led the states of Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.

[2] He was inducted into the Indian Youth Congress national committee as Secretary in 2009,[3] travelling the states of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura and the union territory of Chandigarh.
