The ISL is an annual professional swimming league featuring a team-based competition format with fast-paced race sessions.

[6] On 25 August 2018, at the José Finkel Trophy(short course competition), he broke the South American record in the 200m medley with a time of 1:52.16.

[7] At the 2019 World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South Korea, in the Men's 4 × 100 metre medley relay, he finished 6th, helping Brazil qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
