Vishwanath Maganlal Bhatt (20 March 1898 – 27 November 1968) was a Gujarati literary critic and lexicographer from Gujarat, India.
Later he joined the Gujarat Vidyapith as part of a team working on the Gujarati spelling dictionary, Jodani Kosh.
