Vita Anda Tērauda (born 19 May 1962[1]) is a Latvian politician elected to the 13th Saeima.

[2][3][4] Born in the United States,[3] she worked as a radio journalist for Voice of America in Washington, D.C. from 1984 to 1988.

In 1990, she earned a master's degree in international economics and Soviet politics at Johns Hopkins University.
