Vitaliy Balashov (Ukrainian: Віталій Юрійович Балашов; born 15 January 1991) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Athletic Club Odesa.

In 2016, he played for Wisła Kraków in the Polish Ekstraklasa.
