- Hyalinia abchasica Retowski, 1914 (junior synonym) Vitrea contracta, the milky crystal snail, is a species of small, air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Pristilomatidae.
The coiled, rather small, dextral shell is strongly oblate-conical, almost disc-shaped.
The aperture has a flattened-elliptical shape in its entire circumference and is obliquely crescent-shaped because of the deep cut of the previous whorl.
