In September 2022, Paganetti made her WTA 125 debut with a wildcard into the Open delle Puglie, but lost in the first round to Laura Pigossi.

[12] In November 2023, she and partner Gaia Maduzzi were runners-up $25k Archigen Cup in Solarino, losing to Linda Klimovičová and Julie Štruplová in the final.
