Vladimir Semyonovich Ovchinsky (Russian: Владимир Семёнович Овчинский; born 1955) is a Russian criminologist, Major general, Doctor of Sciences in Jurisprudence, Professor, 3rd class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation (2006), Honoured Lawyer of Russia.
