Vladimir Ovsyannikov

Vladimir Anatolevich Ovsyannikov (Russian: Влади́мир Анато́льевич Овся́нников, also transliterated as Vladimir Anatolyevich Ovsannikov; born November 22, 1961 in Chkalovsk) is a member of the Russian State Duma.
