Vojkovice is a municipality and village in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

Vojkovice is located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) south of Brno.

The first written mention of Vojkovice is in a deed of Bishop Jindřich Zdík from 1141.

The church complex also includes a cemetery and a neo-Gothic chapel, built in 1793–1815.
