Volgodonskoy District (Russian: Волгодонско́й райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia.

It is located in the eastern central part of the oblast.

The area of the district is 1,479 square kilometers (571 sq mi).
