Volkswacht ('People's Guard') was a German Social Democratic newspaper published from Insterburg 1919-1933.
[1] It carried the by-line "Organ for the Social Democracy of the Circle of Insterburg, Gumbinnen, Stallupönen, Darkehmen, Gerdauen".
