In 2006 he graduated from the National Academy of Management, where he received a master's degree in finance.

1980 — started his career grinder for the production association "Ternopil combine factory".

He was Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship.
