Vuiteboeuf (French pronunciation: [vɥitbœf]) is a municipality in the district of Jura-Nord Vaudois in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland.

Of the rest of the land, 0.44 km2 (0.17 sq mi) or 8.7% is settled (buildings or roads), 0.01 km2 (2.5 acres) or 0.2% is either rivers or lakes.
The blazon of the municipal coat of arms is Argent, a Bar wavy Azure, in chief three Mining-wheels Sable, in base a Church of the first roofed Gules.
[9] Most of the population (as of 2000[update]) speaks French (367 or 88.0%), with Portuguese being second most common (12 or 2.9%) and Albanian being third (9 or 2.2%).

From the 2000 census[update], 122 or 29.3% were Roman Catholic, while 222 or 53.2% belonged to the Swiss Reformed Church.
In the Vaud cantonal school system, two years of non-obligatory pre-school are provided by the political districts.
The canton's primary school program requires students to attend for four years.
