Wael Muhammad As'ad Al-Masri (born April 15, 1959 in Kuwait) is a Jordanian architect and native Jerusalemite of Palestinian descent.

Al-Masri completed his bachelor's degree in architecture from Victoria University of Manchester in 1984.

Additionally, he received his Master of Science in Architecture Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
