Walter F. Pool

Walter Freshwater Pool (October 10, 1850 – August 25, 1883) was a United States representative from North Carolina.

Pool was born at Elm Grove, near Elizabeth City, Pasquotank County, N.C., October 10, 1850.

He attended the public school conducted by his family and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1873 and commenced practice in Elizabeth City.
