Walter W. Preston (January 14, 1863 – July 12, 1951) was an American politician and judge from Maryland.
He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Harford County from 1888 to 1891.

He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Harford County from 1888 to 1891.
