Wang Yin (actor)

Wang won the Golden Horse Award for Best Leading Actor twice, in 1962 and 1971.

From 1932 to 1940, Wang worked for several film studios, among them Yihua, Lianhua, Mingxing, and Xinhua.

During the Japanese occupation of Shanghai, he continued acting in what became known as Solitary Island.

In 1947, Wang founded Liangyou Film Company in Hong Kong.

He joined the Shaw Brothers Studio in 1950, and worked there for ten years.
