Wang Zhigang

Previously, he served as general manager of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, a state-owned military industrial complex.

In January 1976, during the late Down to the Countryside Movement, he was a sent-down youth in Changshan Commune of Chuzhou.

He spent 14 years working there before serving as general manager of China National Software.

In February 1999 he was promoted to become the vice-president of CAEIT, a position he held until January 2002.
