Washington is a town in Vilas County, Wisconsin, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 1,577 people, 683 households, and 491 families residing in the town.

There were 683 households, out of which 24.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.4% were married couples living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.0% were non-families.
