Wayne L. Nicholson (March 26, 1958 – June 8, 2023)[1] was an American biologist.
He received his PhD from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1987 and served as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Connecticut from 1987-1990.
[2] He taught in the department of microbiology and cell biology at the University of Florida, and also held the title of Distinguished Professor.
