Westminster is a census-designated place (CDP) in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, United States.

[5] It is bordered to the north, west, and south by Baton Rouge and to the east, across Bluebonnet Road, by Inniswold.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the Westminster CDP has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.9 km2), all land.
