Westwood Hills is a city in Johnson County, Kansas, United States.
Westwood Hills got its start in the year 1922 when developer J.C. Nichols platted the subdivision and began construction.

The racial makeup of the city was 94.4% White, 1.7% African American, 1.9% Asian, and 1.9% from two or more races.
About 1.8% of families and 2.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including none of those under the age of eighteen or sixty-five or over.
