The third Baronet was a colonel in the army and served as High Sheriff of Warwickshire in 1942.

The fourth Baronet was high sheriff of Warwickshire from 1975 to 1976 and a deputy lieutenant of the county in 1985.

Edgar Askin Wiggin (1867–1939), fifth son of the first Baronet, was a Brigadier-General in the Army.

The family seat is Honington Hall, near Stratford on Avon, Warwickshire.
