As of the census[9] of 2010, there were 405 people, 162 households, and 112 families residing in the town.
27.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
Rail: (Historical information) Wiley was once served by the Arkansas Valley subdivision of the Acheson, Topeka and Santa Fe railway.
