Wiley Ramsey Wiggins (born November 6, 1976)[1] is an American actor.

[1] At the age of 16, Wiggins starred in Richard Linklater's 1993 film Dazed and Confused.

He has said that he was leaving a coffee shop in Austin when a member of the film's casting department approached him on the street and asked him if he was interested in auditioning for a movie.
