Willard Gemmill

Willard Beharrell Gemmill (August 7, 1875 – May 24, 1935) was an American lawyer, politician, and judge who served as a justice of the Indiana Supreme Court from January 5, 1925 to January 4, 1931.

[1][2] Gemmill attended DePauw University (in Greencastle) where he was class president and treasurer of the Orators Association.

Gemmill was admitted to the Indiana bar the same year he graduated and began practicing law in Marion.

He held the position from 1918 to 1920, resigning to resume his private practice in Marion.
